effective guide to meditating in order to relax and feel happier

This is a slightly different approach to meditation practice than the breathe-based approach taught in many yoga classes, just for example, but it seems to be equally, if not more, valuable. The explanations of its philosophy, and how to practice it, are detailed and yet clear.
