I have been involved with magick for many years. I still have many of my magical tools: altars, wands, etc. One of the things I discovered over the years is that in many cases the tools are simply methods to trigger your "deep mind" and help you achieve your magical goals. Real magick can use them, but doesn't require them.

Without eliminating the basics, Don has presented the very essence of what evocation is. It's not painted circles and reading long chants. It does a great job in distinguishing the truths from the falsehoods that the media and hollywood make the masses believe.
